Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. RugbyLittle provides complimentary free shipping on every order worldwide. There is no minimum order requirement for both United States domestic deliveries and all international shipments. Standard shipping fees are fully covered by our store. Only extremely remote territories with limited courier access may incur a remote area surcharge, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We provide shipping services for U.S. domestic and global international destinations. The standard delivery window is 12–24business days after your order ships out. United States domestic orders generally deliver within the faster range of our estimate. International shipments may experience minor delays due to customs clearance procedures, local courier distribution, seasonal shipping volume, weather conditions, or regional transit restrictions. All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
When will my order be processed?
All paid orders are verified, packed, and ready for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Processing does not occur on weekends, public holidays, or major promotional sale periods. Orders submitted during peak seasons will be processed in the order they are received, with slight delays possible due to high order volumes.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier system to update and display live tracking activity. If your tracking status is stuck, outdated, or unavailable, contact our support team for immediate assistance.
Are there any hidden fees for international orders?
Our free shipping service covers all standard delivery charges. However, cross-border shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees set by your destination country. These charges are customer-specific and not included in our product pricing or shipping service. We declare all package contents accurately in compliance with international shipping standards.
Where do you not ship?
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, military addresses, sanctioned regions, and locations with unstable logistics coverage. We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order that cannot be delivered safely and successfully.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect goods, submit clear photo or video proof to our support team within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. For packages confirmed lost in transit, we offer a full refund or free replacement shipment at no additional cost to the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
Order cancellations and shipping address edits are permitted free of charge while your order is still in processing status. Once your package has been dispatched and is in transit, no changes, cancellations, or delivery intercepts can be made. Any fees resulting from customer refusal of delivery will be the buyer’s responsibility.
